What this site is

Explore Turks & Caicos sells tours on Providenciales: boat tours by Grace Bay Adventures, our own company, and tours by partner operators. We also arrange stays at Northwest Point Resort and private villas. Tours with an online booking are paid in Peek's checkout; the site itself takes no payment.

How booking works

Tours with an online booking are booked and paid in Peek's checkout, under Peek's terms. For everything else you message us on WhatsApp. Dates, the price and what is included are agreed in that chat.

A booking made on WhatsApp exists only once we confirm it in writing. Until then nothing is held.

Prices

Prices shown are supplied by the operator or the host. For a tour booked online, the price is the one Peek's checkout confirms. Anything else is a starting point, confirmed in the chat before you commit. Where no rate is shown, the page says "Price on request".

Tours and operators

Each tour is run by us or by an operator we work with, under that operator's own terms. We arrange the booking on WhatsApp and confirm the price, time and payment with you there.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change terms are agreed with us or with the operator when you book, and they differ between a villa, the resort and a tour. Ask in the chat before you confirm, and keep our reply.

The Map

The Map at planner.turksandcaicosexplore.com is a planning tool. Anything you build there is a plan, not a booking, and nothing in it is reserved until we confirm it.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but details such as prices, inclusions and availability change. Where the site and the chat differ, the chat is what counts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
